A quantum physicist by training, Dr. Hugo Flayac was inspired to create csky.ai in 2022 after working as an AI team leader in the healthcare sector. He saw the transformative potential of AI in healthcare, as well as the privacy concerns that blocked implementation.
As csky.ai grows, he aims to accelerate the transition to user-owned data in every sector.
A physicist and machine learning engineer, Dr. Stefano Zamuner met Hugo at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL) and joined his mission to create a private-by-design AI device.
He oversees R&D on the software and hardware fronts, working closely with organizations from a variety of industries to customize each ClearMind device.
With extensive project management experience in hospitality and events, Josephine brings operational expertise to csky.ai.
Her skills in process optimization and strategic communication support company growth. Previously at MCI Suisse, she now streamlines operations while maintaining excellence.
With a Master's in Robotics from EPFL, Alaa Abboud's research and industry expertise cover TinyML, Edge ML, Generative Deep Learning, Affective Computing, 2D and 3D Computer Vision, and Neural Radiance Fields.
As a machine learning engineer at csky.ai, he optimizes the ClearMind device by fine-tuning models based on real-world data.
With a Master's in Robotics from EPFL, Nay Abi Akl is passionate about leveraging her expertise in data science, programming, machine learning, and computer vision to create solutions that make a difference.
As a data scientist at csky.ai, she drives continuous improvement and innovation for the ClearMind device.
Aleix Fontcuberta has studied theoretical physics and machine learning, focusing on applying ML to time-series data.
He's worked on anomaly detection, forecasting, speech recognition, and speaker verification. A fan of probability theory and Python, he's passionate about understanding complex concepts and sharing ideas.
As a seasoned developer at csky.ai, Jason brings his expertise spanning both frontend & backend technologies to the company. He fosters innovation by building modern software that prioritize consistency, reproducibility & ease of mind.
Multi-faceted and versatile, he drives development and maintenance and has already implemented key updates, quality assurance, and features.
With a degree in Computer Science from EPFL, Joshua is assiduous in researching, learning and implementing cutting-edge security measures. His interests go from low-level hardware to the application software and networking.
As a Product Security Engineer at csky.ai, he constantly updates, strengthens and improves security measures to safeguard clients and their data against new threats.
With a strong background in UI/UX design, motion design and branding, Mariam worked across diverse industries to create seamless digital experiences. Her expertise in prototyping and user-centered experience allows her to bring both functionality and creativity to her work.
